Flat shoes can cause Morton’s neuroma in some cases. This condition is fibrous tissue formation around plantar nerve in the foot. The symptoms of Morton’s neuroma are pain or numbness in the foot. Caution: all the pain in foot does not fall in this category.
7 Ballet pumps can cause bruises
Since really flat shoes are not good for faster walking, the ballet pumps or any closed flat shoes can cause bruises especially at the back of your heel.
We can see from above that wearing only flat shoes can really damage your feet. So what is the optimum way of wearing shoes? You can wear shoes of different heel heights on different days. This will help your foot to have some amount of stretching even without dedicating time for stretching itself. You can definitely have flat shoes in your collection, but you should limit the usage to avoid the problems.
